How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you place your order for it to arrive.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated by weight. I do not add large handling fees to my orders. You will have the oppurtunity to choose your shipping method BEFORE you finalize payment.

Do you have a retail store?

No, to keep prices low, I do not have retail store.

May I pick my order up?

No, all orders are promptly shipped when they are complete.  I have a small work area, and I do not have space to store items until they are picked up. 

Do you offer designs?

No, I am sorry we do not offer designs at this time.

My order is wrong, what do I do?

If your order is monogrammed incorrectly and it was our error, we will gladly send you a correct replacement. You can let us know by sending an email to monogrammedgiftshop@comcast.net.

Do you wholesale or offer a discount on large orders?

Yes, please contact me at monogrammedgiftshop@comcast.net for more information about a wholesale account.

I only offer discounts on monogrammed orders of 6 items or more if ALL the bags have the SAME monogram. You may choose different thread colors, but the font choice and name or initials must be the same. Please email me for more information.
