Shipping is calculated by weight. I do not add large handling fees to my orders. You will have the oppurtunity to choose your shipping method BEFORE you finalize payment

My order is wrong, what do I do?
If your order is monogrammed incorrectly and it was our error, we will gladly send you a correct replacement. You can let us know by sending an email to monogrammedgiftshop@comcast.net.
Do you wholesale or offer a discount on large orders?

I only offer discounts on monogrammed orders of 6 items or more if ALL the bags have the SAME monogram. You may choose different thread colors, but the font choice and name or initials must be the same. Please email me for more information.
